Welcome to Oneness Unfolding, you are a part of this moment! Our world is changing as are we, and when we focus our attention and mindfully create we can begin to create the positive change we know is needed.
Balancing and Centering is the first meditation of the series using visualization of your energy to re-focus and re-align you. It is easy to begin, simply listen and engage to the level that is comfortable to you.
This meditation includes visualizations of chakras and gently leads you through each energy center. Chakra’s are considered to be wheels of light along the body that help the flow of energy. It is not necessary to have an in depth knowledge of meditation or chakras, simply listen and visualize what is comfortable to you. The first in the series is about experiencing joy, love and other feelings that support your well-being. How do you feel them first hand, not as an external experience that the world around creates and you respond to, but as a direct experience.
Emotional Strength Part 1 offers you the opportunity to realign yourself with your positive emotions. Expressing your positive emotions internally and then if you choose, radiating this energy outwards.
