Sometimes experiences in your day that you don’t necessarily see initially as a lesson, when reflected on later can bring meaningful new insights to you. These insights can help you uncover inner truths that are waiting to be discovered. It’s not always the big stuff either, it can be the small occurrences in the day. This meditation takes a light hearted look at how even a day in the park can hold significance for us when we tune in to what the universe seeks to teach us. We will discuss how sometimes our fear can cause us to move between illusion and reality.
You can use the Fleeting Moments guided meditation as often as you need to bring different thoughts and reflections you would like to consider more deeply in a meditative state.
