Touch is a powerful indicator that we often use as a guiding force in our lives. The sensations we feel as we reach to touch the world around us gives us clues to where we are placing our focus. What connections do you feel the most strongly towards and what connections are more subtle?
The mind and heart connections are like this as well. Where is your focus? What holds the most power and do you feel balanced? Are you able to listen to clear direction from both the heart and the mind? Sometimes we may not realize how tightly we may be holding on to one over the other. This meditation is to bring balance to the heart and the mind, to bring clarity, direction and to allow these two guiding forces within us to work more collaboratively.
